Avoid this private transfer company. There are many other companies that provide a better service. I’m honestly not sure how this company is rated so high. The high rating is why I chose this company. 1) Upon coming through arrivals at the designated spot in Terminal 3 (WHS), dispatch informed me that the driver was waiting. Great right? Nope. Driver wasn’t waiting. I contacted dispatch via WhatsApp and the driver shifted blame to me. 2) The marketing for the company states that the drivers will monitor your flights and make adjustments to your pick up time based on this. Most every private service will do this for you. Well my flight arrived ten minutes early, but my driver decided to “wait outside” despite this fact. Dispatch told me wait 10 minutes despite earlier telling me that the driver was waiting on me. 3) After 20 minutes, a man who didn’t speak English, in London, starts going up to people and putting the WhatsApp application in their faces. He mumbles “you?” and puts the phone in my face, showing me the phone number he is calling. That’s right, NO SIGNBOARD WITH YOUR NAME, in a sea of people at LHR arrivals. There had to be 50 private transfer employees who had the good sense to display a sign with their clients’ names—but not my guy. 4) After identifying me, my guy just starts walking away. No offer to push one of the 3 pieces of luggage I brought for a 4 month trip. After a 10 minute walk through the arrivals hall, up an elevator, into a busy parking garage—me chasing this guy like a puppy dog—we arrive at the vehicle. He wasn’t even going to help load the bags until I just stood there looking at him. All this after a 7 hour flight. 5) A silent 2 hour and 30 minute drive later, we arrived in Central London. 6) To the driver’s credit, he knew where the property was located. Hail to the power of Google Maps. TLDR Terrible service. Choose another transport company from LHR.

I was very disappointed with the airport pickup service. I had booked what was described as a meet-and-greet service and requested to be met 15 minutes after landing. Instead, I was told to contact the driver only after clearing, and he did not arrive until 25 minutes later. The driver even mentioned that he had been instructed to wait 30–45 minutes after the plane landed, which completely contradicts the service I was sold. This made the experience feel misleading and different from what was advertised. Overall, the service was not reliable and caused unnecessary inconvenience.

Our experience with this airport transfer was excellent from start to finish. The driver was incredibly kind and professional. Before our arrival, he even sent us helpful videos showing exactly how to find the pick-up lane, which made everything much easier. Our flight was heavily delayed, yet he waited for us patiently without any complaint — a real gesture of courtesy and professionalism. His warm welcome made our arrival in Edinburgh stress-free and pleasant. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and thoughtful service.

I had a great experience with the airport drop off service. The driver arrived 10 minutes early, and the car was clean and comfortable. He also helped load my luggage and drove safely throughout the journey. I appreciated receiving the driver’s contact details and vehicle information via email the day before. Highly recommended!
