🕒 Scheduling & Confirmation
To ensure a seamless experience, we strongly advise customers to set and finalize their pickup time at least one day in advance with our team.
Our Commitment: As a standard procedure, our team will contact every customer with the latest updated details for final confirmation.
Proactive Planning: Setting a firm pickup time helps avoid any waiting time issues or scheduling conflicts.

⏱️ Free Waiting Time
We offer a generous complimentary waiting period to accommodate delays:
Airport Pickups: 60 minutes of free waiting time.
Hotel & Residential Pickups: 15 minutes of free waiting time.

💷 Waiting Charges (After Free Period)
If the free waiting period is exceeded, the following charges apply:
First 30 Minutes: £15.00
Next 30 Minutes: £30.00
Each Additional 60 Minutes: £45.00

Meet & Greet Service
Business Class: Complimentary Meet & Greet included.
Economy Class: Available on-demand (additional charges may apply).
⭐ Heathrow Special: All pickups from London Heathrow Airport (LHR) include Free Meet & Greet for all passengers.

🧳 Luggage Policy
Declared Items: Customers must only bring the number of luggage items declared at the time of booking.
Extra Luggage: If you have extra bags, you must notify our team 1 day before pickup.
Upgrades: Additional luggage may incur nominal extra charges, particularly if a larger vehicle is required to transport your items safely.
Safety Rule: Drivers are legally prohibited from placing luggage on passenger seats.

🔄 Refunds & Cancellations
Full Refund: Available if cancelled 24 hours before pickup or if the airline cancels the flight.
Rescheduling: Must be requested at least 12 hours before pickup.
Non-Refundable: No refunds for missed flights, flight changes without notice, or cancellations within 24 hours.

Immediate Support: If you experience any issues with your pickup, driver, or vehicle, please contact our team immediately. We are here to help and will resolve the situation accordingly.
Authorized Bookings only: Bookings made directly with drivers are strictly forbidden and not covered by our insurance.
